• Problem
  • PCR R1 value set provided as answer to LOINC question 69748-2 is no longer correct. NEMSIS 3.4 uses the SNOMED CT list available at here.
  • Further, LOINC has deprecated 69748-2
• Current advice
  • For NEMSIS 3.4, use PCR R2
  • Use LOINC 79151-7 for question.
  • Bind to SNOMED CT, with SHOULD strength. Refer to NEMSIS list URL.
