As the Health Concern DAM approaches ballot, issues which will need to be resolved in the subsequent modeling, message and implementation guide development are emerging. This page will serve to document them. Please use the discussion page for discussions and pasting Skype chats.

Disease Activity or "Status"
A "state machine" is needed to reflect variations in disease activity. This needs to be associated with functional status & structured assessments. One of the chief objectives of the Care Plan for monitoring the Health Concern is to track this.
