   • TSC ACTION: In Context of Sunset: ARB to investigate what to do with joint standards ...Homework: what do we do with joint standards - those owned by both HL7 and some other body.
     • Depends on which bodies rule - the joint MOU's
     • What is our MOU with HSSP/OMG?
     • No shared content. Respective rules apply - HL7 to SFM.
     • ? the tendancy seems to be in HL7 that the coordination happens at the WG level?
     • MOU with HSPC is around implementing, not developing.
     • Discussions of moving FIN to CLIM - FHA/Federal health model
     • With HSPC or HL7?
     • HSPC brought CIMI in as a work group (using open-ehr model)
     • We are working to increase collaboration with other bodies.
     • Should we notify other body if we want to sunset so they can take over(ownership and control) (or decline.)
     • HL7 Intends to retain the standards availability while marking the standard as no longer being actively maintained.
     • Wayne cannot find repository of MOU - will ask Karen.
     • We should get feedback from TSC.
     • Motion: Recommend to the TSC that they add a step to the sunset process to check any existing MOU's and verify that any external bodies with joint interests in the standard to be retired be notified in advance.(Lorraine/Wayne)

     • Wayne is checking. - There is a list appointed liasons
     • Lorraine: Used to have organizational relationship committee, but that is gone.
