Vocabulary Harmonization of HL7 Table Efforts
The WG started with the vocabulary harmonization of the tables across v2 and v3. Wendy sent a screenshot of one of the tables to explain and show the table that is entirely within the Patient Administration Work Group domain:

The WG discussed this and after much discussion of pros and cons, it seems that the WG agrees that the casing should be changed to upper case as of v2.9. Since this is an issue to many tables in the entire standard, then the WG agreed to make the change.

A motion was made by Wendy to change the casing on this table to upper case on table 0294 to upper case as of v2.9, and later versions, where the table exists to align to HL7 vocabulary best practices across the standard as a whole. Seconded by Alex d.

There are other tables to be fixed regarding upper casing, but the domain spans mulitple work groups.

A motion was made by Wendy to support the recommendation to change the casing on tables 0278 0279 281, which are co-owned by PA, InM and MnM, to upper case as of v2.9, and later versions, where the tables exist to align to HL7 vocabulary best practices across the standard as a whole.

FHIR DSTU2 QA Items The WG moved on to address the DSTU 2 QA tracker. This needs to be completed by 3/20. The WG recommended to increase the telecom for 1 ½ hour for the next 2 meetings. It will be extended ½ hour.

FHIR DSTU2 QA Items Alex moves to accept the decisions of harmonization for March 2015 and excuse ourselves from actively participating.
